Await order confirmation
Keep your order number and any messages from the shop. Collection or delivery should only proceed after the business confirms the details.
Delivery areas
Mexicophones delivers to all cities across Ghana. Delivery charges, dispatch arrangements and estimated arrival times must be confirmed for your destination before an order is accepted. Online delivery checkout is still being configured.
Store pickup
Collection address, opening hours, identity checks and pickup readiness must be confirmed. Do not travel to collect an order without a confirmed pickup message.
Payment at checkout
Payment methods are being configured. Available methods, payment timing and any payment-on-delivery terms will be presented only after business verification.
Before you place an order
The online store is being prepared for verified product stock, delivery zones and checkout testing. If a product, delivery area, payment method or total is missing or unclear, do not submit an order. Confirm details with the store once its customer contact channels are published.
